Located within the “historic triangle” of Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown, Hamilton Redoubt is one of five neighborhoods in an especially charming district.
The garden-style community of Hamilton Redoubt boasts spacious two bedroom/one bath homes and four bedroom/three bath homes with screened lanais, and a one-car covered carport (two-car for four bedrooms) including a storage shed. The interiors are equipped with carpet, ceiling fans, and a lovely dining nook. While Hamilton Redoubt is a pet-friendly community, however certain restrictions apply.
Neighborhood amenities include a playground, a volleyball and basketball court, gym, a baseball field and picnic areas with grills. A pool and community center were added in 2009 for the residents enjoyment.
In addition to top rated K-12 schools, the Yorktown Battlefield and various attractions of Colonial Williamsburg are but a short drive from the community, along with the beautiful lakes and hiking trails of Newport News Park.
