Located within the historic triangle of Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown, Covenant Trace is one of five neighborhoods in a town rich in tradition.
Covenant Trace is a duplex community, and includes three and four bedroom floor plans with fully equipped kitches, Toli flooring, vertical blinds, ceiling fans and more. Each home has a private, fenced yard, and a one-car garage. Covenant Trace is a pet friendly community, however certain restrictions apply.
