The Townhouses Community is one of five in Dahlgren, Virginia. These spacious two to four bedroom homes are available for E01-O03 members. Units include an attached garage, central heating and air, spacious closets, concrete patios and privacy fences. 28 of the Townhomes have recently been fully renovated. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee which home you will be assigned.
The Dahlgren Townhouses is a pet-friendly community with a two-pet maximum per household. Amenities include playgrounds, basketball courts, walking trails, picnic areas, swimming and a multi-purpose recreation and youth center.Additional on-base facilities include a movie theater, bowling ally, a library, an exchange and a commissary.
The vibrant town of Fredericksburg is only 45 minutes away, and offers ample shopping, recreation and dining opportunities.
The renowned Dahlgren School (Pre-K-8th Grade) which is located on base is the only DoD Navy school in the country. To take advantage of this opportunity all students must reside on the installation in Lincoln Military Housing. King George Middle School, and King George High School are located only a short distance from the installation, and the Mary Washington Healthcare and Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center are a 45-minute drive from base.
