The Enlisted community has apartment style homes which are extremely spacious. There are three and four bedroom homes with a large deck and a basement.

The Officer community has apartment style homes and single family homes which lack no attention to detail. The three and four bedroom homes come with a large fenced in yard or an outside deck with basement.

All homes are generously appointed, with the very latest in kitchen appliances, wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings, and a one or two car garage with an automatic door opener. Masters Hill (Enlisted and Officer) are also a pet-friendly communities, and certain breed restrictions apply.

The abundant neighborhood amenities include designated play areas, basketball courts, a swimming pool and family center with a well-equipped gym.
