The San Onofre I Commuity is located on base, just twenty two miles from the front gate of Camp Pendleton and Interstate-5, and twenty two miles from the Del Mar beach and Oceanside Pier.

San Onofre I units include two-story or single-level, two to five bedroom units in duplex or Townhouse-style. All homes come unfurnished and equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer hook-ups, and garbage disposal. San Onofre I is a pet-friendly community with a two-pet maximum. Amenities include a community pool and Club House, tot-lots, a gym and a luxurious multi-purpose community center.

Shopping, duty stations and attractions such as Legoland, Plaza Camino Real Mall and Carlsbad Premium Outlets are just minutes away. The 22 mile-long SPRINTER offers a green transportation alternative to fifteen different stations. There are a number of local elementary and high schools nearby, with LAX and San Diego Airport under two hours away.
