With more than 4,000 trained professionals, Lincoln's team has the capacity and the dedication to perform proactively and the flexibility to cater to all types of properties and locations.

Maintenance Standards
Lincoln's reputation for excellence in maintenance service is known industry-wide. Ongoing, comprehensive training is provided for all maintenance personnel throughout employment, including technical and customer service training. Lincoln's 24-hour service response time is guaranteed for all emergency requests and for most non-emergency requests, unless an appointment is made by the resident.

Community Standards
When constructing or revitalizing a neighborhood, Lincoln Military Housing strives for a family-friendly sense of community. Parks, walking/biking paths, recreation and social areas are all incorporated into a beautifully designed, well-maintained neighborhood that residents are proud to call home. Each detail of the community plan is given meticulous thought, from the playground equipment to the lighting and landscape design.
