- Your BAH covers your rent, utilities (in most communities), $10,000 Renter's Insurance coverage and all of the amenities and services of the community.
- There are no credit checks or deposits required to live in military housing.
- You are provided with free 24-hour maintenance, roadside assistance (where available), children and family events, courtesy patrols (where available), and where offered free
Internet, household alarm systems, recreation centers, gyms, pools and other community amenities.
