Welcome to MCAS Yuma

MCAS Yuma offers two communities to choose from.  On-station units range from 2 bedroom/1 bath to 4 bedroom/2 ½ bath single family homes.  The 16th Street Housing Community features spacious 2 bedroom/1 bath units just seven miles from the station.

Each community has been newly built or renovated in 2002.  Homes come equipped with central air, gas range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a refrigerator.  On-station homes include either a covered carport or garage.

With the exception of 16th Street second-floor units, Yuma is a pet-friendly community, with a two-pet maximum.  Amenities include two pools, 23 covered tot lots, a multi-function club house and a gym located in the 16th street housing office. Among other conveniences, the base features a Burger King®, Subway®, GNC, a main exchange, commissary and a travel & ticketing center.

Nearby outdoor activities include the Butter Cup Sand Dunes, Lake Martinez, the Colorado River and Wetlands Park, with major shopping centers, restaurants, schools and recreation available in nearby Yuma Palms.  In addition to an on-station medical base, Yuma Regional Medical and Urgent and Prime Care Facilities are situated within a five-mile radius from the station.
