Features and Amenities

The Garrison Way Community is comprised of single and two story duplexes and townhomes. Home options include 2 bedroom/ one bathroom, 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom and 4 bedroom/2 bathroom floorplans styles. All kitchens are generously equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposer and microwave. The homes also feature carpeting and vinyl flooring, mini blinds and ceiling fans in every room, and full-sized washer/dryer connections. An exterior door from the kitchen leads to fenced back yard with an outside storage closet.

Swimming Pool

The brand new, state of the art clubhouse/pool located nearby at Hamilton Redoubt Community features a lap pool with zero-grade entry and children's aquatic play area. Pool cabana includes locker room, changing area and showers.

Community Center

The brand new, state of the art clubhouse located nearby at Hamilton Redoubt Community features a large community activities room, teaching kitchen, media room, children's playroom, business center and fitness area.

Exchange & Miscellaneous Services

There is no Commissary and Exchange on the Yorktown Naval Weapons Base, however, Fort Eustis, a nearby Army Base offers a Commissary located at the corner of 13th Street and Lee Boulevard. Telephone: 878-5966.

The Main Exchange is also located on Fort Eustis, in Building 1386.
