Garrison Way is one of five neighborhoods in Yorktown, a district rich in history and tradition.

Comprised of 103 homes, these two- to four-bedroom residences are built for comfortable family living.  Each home includes a private backyard and separate storage shed, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer hookups.  Garrison Way is a also pet-friendly community, and certain restrictions apply.

Neighborhood amenities include a playground, a volleyball and basketball court, gym, baseball field and picnic areas with outdoor grills.  Until the completion of the new pool and community center in late 2009, the nearby pool of Fort Eustis is available to residents.
