Located near the beach, the Santa Rosa Community is just a 6 mile-drive from its sister base, Port Hueneme.

Each two- to four-bedroom home features carpeting, vertical blinds, free dial-up Internet, a one-car garage, 24-hour maintenance service and greenhouse kitchen windows in select residences. While Santa Rosa is a pet-friendly community, certain restrictions may apply.

Thanks to its idyllic location, the community is in close proximity to local seafood restaurants serving up the “fresh catch of the day.” O -base amenities include home daycare, a youth center and a gym with a basketball court. There are two theaters and a bowling alley just a short drive away, and the Pacific View Mall in nearby Ventura offers shopping and recreation along scenic Ventura Blvd.

In addition, the city offers a number of top rated K-12 schools in the area, and Los Angeles County’s famed Malibu Beach is a breathtakingly beautiful 30-minute drive from the community.
