The San Miguel Community is conveniently located near the beach and Port Hueneme Naval Base.

Each two- to four-bedroom home features carpeting, blinds, free dial-up Internet, a one-car garage, 24-hour maintenance service and greenhouse kitchen windows in selected residences. While San Miguel is a pet-friendly community, certain restrictions may apply. Because of its prime location, the community is close to many local restaurants serving fresh fish, burgers, salads and sushi.

On base amenities include home daycare, a youth center, gym and basketball court with two theaters and a bowling alley only a short drive away.

The Pacific View Mall in nearby Ventura offers great shopping and the Oxnard College weekend swap meets make for a fun excursion. There are a number of top rated K-12 schools in the area, and the famed Malibu Beach and mountain recreation areas are a scenic 30-minute drive from the community
