Welcome to Sugar Grove

Thirty miles off Interstate 81, the Sugar Grove Community sits nestled within the beautiful Pendleton mountains of scenic West Virginia.  

The spacious two- to four-bedroom homes feature the very latest in kitchen appliances, central heat and air conditioning, and each home lies within walking distance of the many amenities located on the base.  While Sugar Grove is a pet friendly community, management requests a two-pet maximum per household. 

Ball fields, a gym, pool, and even a bowling alley make for fun family excursions, along with a campground overseen by the MWR.  A commissary, exchange and playground are but a short walk from the community with provisions for childcare also on base. 

In addition, there is an elementary school located within 5 miles of the community.  The high school, supermarkets and further shopping and recreation opportunities are 17 miles from Sugar Grove.
