McHugh Woods, located within the Quantico base, is just a short drive from Washington, D.C. and the scenic Potomac River.  

The community offers spacious three or four bedroom homes, all generously appointed with the latest in kitchen appliances, wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings, a private,fenced-in backyard and two-car garage with an automatic door opener.  McHugh Woods is also a pet-friendly community, and certain breed restrictions apply.

The abundant neighborhood facilities include tot-lots, basketball courts, a swimming pool and a popular family center with an Internet café and fully-equipped fitness facility.   Services such as a hair salon, mini-mart, dry cleaning and travel services are also located on base,  and top rated K-12 schools are just minutes from the front gate.

The close proximity of both the nation’s capital and Fredericksburg, VA affords residents of McHugh Woods privileged access to the many museums, historical sites, shopping, dining and outdoor recreational opportunities in the surrounding area.
