Welcome to Carpenter Park

Carpenter Park is one of seven charming communities within Pax River's Military Housing communites.  Located on base the quaint homes of Carpenter Park include spacious three- to four- bedroom townhouses with A.C., washer/dryer hookups, large sheds and fenced-in backyards.

While Carpenter Park is a pet-friendly community, a maximum of two pets per household is requested and certain breed restrictions apply. On-base amenities include a community center, two tot-lots, a fitness center, and a Navy exchange.

Bustling shopping centers and fine dining establishments are situated just 10 minutes from the community in the town of California, along with several K-12 schools and St. Mary’s Hospital.

Camping, golf, scenic walks and other adventures await on nearby Solomon’s Island, and the many museums, eateries and excursions of Washington D.C are a scenic one hour-drive from the Carpenter Park community.
