Welcome to Woodlake

The quaint community of Woodlake lies 22 miles east of San Diego in a peaceful, country-like setting. 

Each unfurnished, two- to three-bedroom, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 bath home is equipped with modern kitchen appliances, central heat, A/C, intrusion alarms, attached garages, fenced backyards, and patios   At this time, Woodlake does not accommodate dogs or cats. 

Neighborhood amenities include a pool that’s open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., two tot-lots—one with small children's toys and the other with a jungle gym and swings.

The town of Lakeside hosts many popular events such as a rodeo, chili cook-off, parade, and children’s art show.  There is a Wal-Mart and Target in nearby Santee, Lakeside area K-12 schools a short drive away and two major hospitals. 

The surrounding area is filled with popular attractions such as Sea World, the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park with its Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, IMAX theatre, museums, botanical gardens and classic carousel.

Woodlake Terrace currently offers a flat rent, including utilities,  of $1,050 for all 2-bedroom homes and $1,250 for all 3-bedroom homes.
