Welcome to Vista Ridge

The community of Vista Ridge is a small close knit community on a quiet cul-de-sac located near to Camp Pendleton on the west side of the base. 

These spacious three to four bedroom homes were completed in 1998, and feature kitchen appliances, washer/dryer hookups and ceiling fans.   In addition these homes have garages, fenced yards, security alarms and central heat and air.  Each of the 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom and 4 bedroom 2 1/2 and 4 bedroom 3 bathroom homes have a private backyard.  This pet-friendly community allows a maximum of one dog or two cats per household. 

The nearby Carlsbad Outlet and North County Fair offer opportunities for shopping and excursions, and the Tri-City Hospital is just a short drive from the community.
