Welcome to Eucalyptus Ridge

The picturesque community of Eucalyptus Ridge lies 22 miles east of San Diego in Lakeside, California.  Each two-to-three bedroom home comes unfurnished with updated kitchen appliances, central heat, A/C, an attached garage, fenced backyard, patios and balconies. 

At this time, Eucalyptus Ridge does not accommodate cats or dogs. Neighborhood amenities include two tot-lots. Nearby Santee is a great destination for shopping, and top rated K-12 schools lay just a short drive from the community. 

The charming town of Lakeside is home to a well-attended line up of annual events, including the Lakeside Rodeo, the Annual Chili Cook-off and the colorful Western Days Parade. 

In addition, the surrounding area is filled with popular attractions that include the world famous San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld and Balboa Park—the nation’s largest urban park—and home of the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center with its IMAX theatre, botanical gardens and a classic carousel.

Eucalyptus Ridge currently offers a flat rent, including utilities, of $1,300 for all 2-bedroom homes and $1,500 for all 3-bedroom homes.  New residents in 3-bedroom homes also receive a $250 Wal-Mart card.  The gift card does not appy to intersite transfers.
