Towering above Murphy Canyon, the Aero Ridge community boasts some of the most spectacular views in all of San Diego.  Located just 9 miles northeast of the Naval Station, the bright and airy homes in this community serve a wide range of housing needs.  Each home comes unfurnished with an attached garage.

While Aero Ridge is a pet-friendly community, there’s a two-pet maximum policy per household.  Neighborhood amenities include a fitness center that’s open until 10 p.m., thirteen tot-lots, a pool, community center, and mini-mart.

In addition, there are a number of excellent K-12 schools, shopping centers such as the Mission Valley Mall in the surrounding area along with popular chain stores such as Wal-Mart and Target close by.  Must-visit attractions include Sea World, the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park—all within easy driving distance from the community.
