The Sampson Road Community is one of six in Dahlgren, Virginia. With relaxing views of the Potomac River, these spacious homes are available for O6 and above members. 

These homes average 2,500 square-feet, and include a basement, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, hardwood floors, fireplaces, and a sitting room off the master bedroom.  Current renovations will bring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated light fixtures and central air and heating to all homes.

The Sampson Road Community is pet-friendly with a two-pet maximum. Amenities include playgrounds, basketball courts, walking trails, picnic areas, swimming and a multi-purpose recreation and youth center. Additional on-base facilities include a cinema, bowling, a library, an exchange and a commissary.

Nearby Fredericksburg offers ample shopping, recreation and dining opportunities, and there are several renowned Pre-K—12 schools in the immediate area.  The Mary Washington Hospital is a 30-minute drive from base.
