Welcome to Dahlgren Bungalows

 The Bungalow Community is one of six in Dahlgren, Virginia.  Located on the scenic Potomac River, these charming three bedroom, single-family homes are available for E01-O03 members.  

These homes come with a backyard, detached garage, screened-in front porch, and central air while several feature details such as fireplaces and curio cabinets. The Dahlgren Bungalows is a pet-friendly community with a two-pet maximum.  Amenities include playgrounds, basketball courts, walking trails, picnic areas, an aquatics center and a multi-purpose recreation and youth center. 

Other on-base facilities include a cinema, a bowling alley, library, and exchange and commissary.  The vibrant town of Fredericksburg is only 30 minutes from base, and offers ample shopping, recreation and dining opportunities.  

The Dahlgren School (Pre-K—8th Grade) which is located on base is one of the few DOD Navy schools in the country. King George Middle School, and King George High School are located only a short distance from the Bungalow community, and the Mary Washington Hospital is a 30-minute drive from base.
