Located off California Highway 108, Coleville is located 21 miles northwest of Bridgeport in the heart of a national forest.

Residences range from one- or two-story and two to four-bedroom homes in duplex or four-plex style. All homes come equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups, upright freezers, and automatic garage door. Coleville is a pet-friendly community, with a two-pet maximum.

The Community Center offers a fitness area, game room and an indoor basketball/volleyball court. Several tot-lots are available, and the pool is open year round for heated swimming. A convenience exchange is located on the premises with easy access to general stores in nearby Bridgeport and Barton communities.The Memorial Hospital is located 30 miles to the North.

The Colleville Community sits on 46,000 acres of Toiyabe National Forest and offers recreational opportunities such as fishing, hiking and camping, and with the proximity of Lake Tahoe, residents can enjoy even more of the great outdoors.
