These single story 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans are unfurnished attached homes equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer hook-ups (both electrical & gas), backyard, and a one car garage with garage door opener. (*Residents are able to install their own fence around their backyard if they choose.)

Swimming Pool

The pool is open 7 days a week during summer months. Hours vary.

There is 1 tot-lot located in this area on Santa Rosa Drive.

Gym

A gym is located in the Del Mar District Office. Gym hours are M-F 8:30-5:30 and Saturdays 9-4.

The SPRINTER runs 22 miles along the Highway 78 corridor effortlessly transporting passengers to work, school, shopping centers and other activities. Riders have the freedom to read, work or relax as these European-style light rail vehicles sprint to 15 stations. The predictable, reliable service is easy to use, practical and consumer friendly. It's easy to reach North County's top destinations using the BREEZE bus system, which serves all fifteen stations. Additionally, the COASTER trains, which run south to San Diego, connect with the SPRINTER in Oceanside. The SPRINTER also encourages transit-oriented development in the cities along the route, a prospect that supports the principles of Smart Growth.
