Policies

Lincoln Military Housing community policies are included in your lease packet. In addition to the Community Guidelines attached to your lease agreement, you are responsible for the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton’s Family Housing Regulations. This is a pet friendly community. No more than two pets (dogs/cats) are allowed.

Leases are for a term of 6 months and revert to month-to-month after the initial term. *A 30 day notice is required for move-out. *Please see lease details for more information on move-in/move-out procedures.
