The O’Neill Heights Community is located on base, just 12 miles from the front gate of Camp Pendleton and Interstate-5, the Del Mar beach and Oceanside Pier.

Units include one-story, three to four bedroom/2 bath units. All homes come unfurnished and equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer hook-ups, garbage disposal, and an attached garage with door opener. O’Neill Heights is a pet-friendly community with a two-pet maximum. Amenities include a pool, a gym, several tot-lots, and a multi-purpose community center.

The great location of O’Neill Heights means that shopping, duty stations and attractions such as Legoland, Plaza Camino Real Mall and Carlsbad Premium Outlets are just minutes away. The 22 mile-long SPRINTER offers a green transportation alternative to 15 different stations. There are a number of local elementary and high schools, with LAX and San Diego Airport under two hours away.
