Welcome to Wood Road

Wood Road is one of sixteen communities in NSA Annapolis.  These historical homes are designated for Key & Essential (K&E), and are currently undergoing exciting renovations scheduled for completion in 2010.  Upgrades will include granite kitchen countertops, cherry wood cabinetry, upgraded bathroom fixtures and other unique details. Although Wood Road is a pet friendly community, certain restrictions apply.  Neighborhood amenities include two pools with adjacent snack shops, several tot-lots and landscaped playgrounds.  There are a wide variety of shops and services at the entrance of NSA Annapolis, and Wood Road’s proximity to downtown Annapolis assures easy access to the restaurants and fine shops along the waterfront.  The nearby Annapolis Mall and the shopping centers along Rte. 2 offer further opportunities for shopping, recreation and dining.  There is a wide selection of K-12 schools in the surrounding area, and the Anne Arundel Medical Center is located just 10 minutes from the Wood Road Community.
