Welcome to Kinkaid Road

Kinkaid Road is one of 16 communities in NSA Annapolis. All of the homes are reserved for Officers and feature private backyards and garages.While Kinkaid Road is a pet friendly community, owners must provide all medical history and vet contact information for their dogs and cats, and pets must be leashed outside the home. Neighborhood amenities include two pools with adjacent snack shops, several tot-lots and landscaped playgrounds.

Located at the entrance of NSA Annapolis, residents can also enjoy an array of shops and services, and with Kinkaid’s Road’s proximity to downtown Annapolis, there’s easy access to an assortment of restaurants and shops along the famed waterfront. The nearby Annapolis Mall and the shopping centers along Rte. 2 offer further opportunities for shopping, recreation and dining.

In addition, there are a number of excellent K-12 schools in the surrounding area, and the Anne Arundel Medical Center is a 10-minute drive from the community.
