Features and Amenities

Lincoln Military Housing, Twentynine Palms provides 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom homes for service members and their families. Twentynine Palms has recently added 98 homes, a new community center, housing office and three pools. The houses have vinyl or carpet and private patio areas. Appliances are included. The new home amenities feature: refrigerator with filtered water & ice dispenser, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookup, enclosed patio and an automatic garage door.

Swimming Pool

The pool is within minutes of each housing area with adjoining clubhouse. For information on reserving a clubhouse, call the community center: (760) 368-4021.

Children's Services

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is located at the Ocotillo Community Center. Current hours are: Mon-Thurs 8:30 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM, and Sunday 1 PM to 8 PM.

Community Center

The community room is fully furnished with Kitchen appliances, Pool Table, Plasma TV’s, Meeting Room, Game Room, Restrooms, Fireplace, Playground, Pool with kiddie sprays and Picnic Area

Exchange

There are three exchange locations: Ocotillo Exchange (Off Berkeley Avenue), Main Exchange (across from the movie theater and Victory Field), and Marine Palms Exchange (Off Del Valle Road, next to Carl’s Junior).
